Parte delle risultanze presentate in questo servizio derivano dall`attivita` svolta da Arpa Piemonte nell`ambito di una convenzione con il Dipartimento di Protezione Civile Nazionale . La tecnica PSInSAR™ permette di rilevare lo spostamento nel tempo di “oggetti” al suolo (tipicamente fabbricati o roccia esposta) che siano buoni riflettori radar. Si tratta di una tecnologia recente e gli esempi di interpretazione delle risultanze, a scala mondiale, sono ad oggi piuttosto scarsi.
