Service Description: Il servizio mostra le localizzazioni degli incendi attivi delle ultime 24 e 48 ore individuate dal sensore MODIS. Le localizzazioni vengono processate dal sistema LANCE usando il prodotto standard MODIS MOD14/MYD14 Fire and Thermal Anomalies. Ciascun incendio attivo rappresenta il centro di un pixel di 1 km di lato contrassegnato dall'algoritmo come contentente uno o più incendi.
